What was the main challenge with the Adams Estate project?
Adams Estate, a luxury wedding and event venue, wanted to elevate the guest experience by adding an on‑site recreational option for overnight visitors. The property already featured an unused concrete slab, making it an ideal location to convert into a pair of high‑quality pickleball courts.
Our team fully resurfaced the existing slab, repairing imperfections and applying SportMaster’s professional acrylic coating system to deliver a vibrant, durable playing surface. Once the courts were completed and lined, we provided and installed new pickleball net systems, transforming the space into an attractive, guest‑friendly amenity.
Scope of Work
- Prepped and resurfaced the existing concrete slab.
- Installed SportMaster acrylic resurfacer
- Applied SportMaster premium acrylic color coatings.
- Painted and lined two regulation pickleball courts.
- Provided and installed new pickleball net systems.
Outcome
